Welcome to Crossleys service page, here you will find the information you require regarding the service requirements of your vehicle, be it a caravan or motorhome.

Your vehicle will operate at its best if serviced annually, this is not money making nonsense, it is a true fact. Without annual servicing your vehicle may and probably will deteriorate quickly. You may also find that an annual service is a condition of your vehicle warranty, whether that is from the manufacturer or an independent warranty provider, up to date service history is a must.

Crossleys are a member of the Approved Workshop Scheme. This is a fundamental requirement of the National Caravan Council. Our workshop is assessed annually and we must adhere to the strict guidelines laid down by the scheme.

So what is involved in a service?

Every keen caravan or motorhome owner will be aware of the need for an annual damp inspection. Ignore this at your peril! Water ingress gives us all genuine reason for concern. Although the manufacturers have made great leaps forward in eradicating damp in their vehicles. The fact remains that they cannot fully prevent this expensive and shocking situation taking place at some stage in the life of your pride and joy. Remember, even if the vehicle is not used, it must still be serviced and checked, these are the conditions of your warranty. Note: the manufacturer will not bend.

    To prepare your estimate or discuss a repair you may wish to send us photographs. That would be very helpful and could save you a long journey. Please remember we need to see the “Bigger” picture and not a close up of the damage. Take a close up if you wish -- Take a picture from 8-10 feet away – Take a picture showing the entire area i.e. Front, Back or Complete Side from 20 feet away. If damage extends to the interior please do the same – show us the area and not just a snapshot of the damage.
