Crossleys replaced the floor in our motorhome recently and we are delighted with the finished work and the service provided. Our van is now even better than when it was new. A detailed assessment and estimate for work required was provided before work started and we were kept informed of progress by email and pictures on Dropbox throughout the process. The final bill was very reasonable for the amount of work required and matched the initial estimate.We found Stephen and his team to be not only professional with extensive knowledge and experience but very approachable. As we live over 300 miles from Leyland they kindly allowed us to leave the motorhome until work could start. When we collected our van Stephen explained in detail what had been done and how to keep it maintained in future.Based on our experience, we would have no hesitation in recommending Crossley’s and just wish they would open a branch in Scotland!

Just collected my caravan after they replaced the front panel after a slight mishap in April. The manner in which they handled every aspect of the work from initial phone with Stephen to final hand over by Gavin was highly commendable. They also carried out a few extra jobs for me at the same time which was first class, if not cheap. You get what you pay for. I’ve been in the motor industry for all of my working life and these guys rate amongst the best that I’ve dealt with. I’ll be back next year for servicing. A sincere thank you to all.

Me and Stephen didn’t see eye to eye at first with our telephone conversations. But when I went to collect the caravan from Crossley’s and spoken to Stephen the owner, he’s a nice person. I’m a retired engineer and have spent time in the car repair business. So I know about quality and short cuts that can be taken. And after inspecting my caravan Crossley’s work is to a very high standard and they did other work on my van not related to the accident so 10 out of 10 for quality of the work. His hands are tied with the length of time to get the parts. And the long drawn out process it takes the insurance company to give the go ahead. I recommend Crossley’s to anyone. But don’t tell Stephen I said that !

Len Martin from the Wirral, I had my caravan repaired at Crossley Coachcraft. I had to have a new top side panel fitted. They have done an excellent job you would never know it had been repaired. The service was excellent I could not fault them, nothing was too much trouble for them. Recently we were asked by Swifts to bring our Caravan to Crossleys, for an inspection to check a bad case of damp, it is only just over four years old but the diagnosis was not good. I had a friend of mine tow the Caravan for me because of an eye problem. When I explained this to Gavin he agreed to keep the van in the yard until Swifts gave a date for it to be collected and taken to their Factory for the repair to be carried out. My wife and I would just like to express our thanks to everybody at Crossley Coachcraft, it is nice in this day and age to find this kind of service, anybody using this Company should have no concerns and will be treated with courtesy and respect, once again thanks to all concerned.

I have picked up my caravan today and must say that impressed wasn’t enough of a word. I had recently purchased the caravan from new and caught the back of it whilst pulling out of a site and caused damage as per the photos. Gutted was an understatement, my own fault though. I contacted Crossley Coachcraft as they were recommended and approved by our insurance company. I dealt with Gavin and have to say he was very professional throughout. They have also completed substantial warranty repairs and I can honestly say that the caravan is now better than when we bought it new, as they upgraded parts(such as the panoramic sunroof to the newest type.
